Our website uses minimal cookies for session management and anonymous analytics. Our iOS app does not use browser cookies; limited on-device identifiers are used solely to improve app performance and personalisation.

Informed is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

We implement industry-standard security measures — including encryption in transit and at rest — to protect your data. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take our responsibility seriously and review our practices regularly.
